Rogers Memorial Library will present “Terrain & Table,” a solo exhibition of oil paintings by Water Mill artist Ann Lombardo, on view through September 30 in the library’s Madelle Hegeler Semerjian Gallery. An opening reception will be held Sunday, September 14, from 2 to 4 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

The exhibition features 36 original works, ranging from intimate framed pieces to expansive canvases, exploring themes of landscapes, interiors, and tablescapes. The collection reflects Lombardo’s decades-long study of representational oil painting and marks her fourth annual summer solo show.

Lombardo, who describes her modern classical style as “more boho than bougie,” recently returned to painting after pausing her creative work over the summer.

“Returning to my art sparks an energy-surge for autumn and for new art ahead,” she said.

Rogers Memorial Library is at 91 Coopers Farm Road in Southampton. For more information, visit rogersmemoriallibrary.org.
