Saturday, August 3, 11 a.m. to noon - Llewellyn Sanchez-Werner Piano Workshop: The youngest graduate of the Juilliard School of Music, Sanchez-Werner is one of the world’s most prolific pianists. $20 (members free)

Saturday, August 3, 6 to 8:30 p.m. - Llewellyn Sanchez-Werner Piano Recital: In honor of Jack Lenor Larsen’s birthday. Having played at the White House on two occasions, Sanchez-Werner brings his talent to the gardens for a recital under the stars. $125 (members $100).

Sunday, August 4 – 11 a.m. to noon. Insider Outsider Series: Oscar Molina: Known for his powerful “Children of the World” series, Molina will discuss his journey as a painter and sculptor, moderated by artist and curator MAGO. $35 (members free).

Saturday, August 10, 9 a.m. - Sound & Silence Meditation With Adriana Barone: $30 (members $25). Also August 24.

Wednesday, August 14, 10 a.m. to noon - Painting Workshop With Karyn Mannix: $90 for all.

Thursday, August 15, 4:30 to 7 p.m. - Ennius Bergsma: Round House Reimagined, Revamped, Revealed: A walking tour of author and owner of Round House, Ennius Bergsma, with a book signing of their book “Round House & Its Gardens, a Walking Tour,” and refreshments. Talk and tour $35, with a signed copy of the book $90.

Friday, August 16, 6 p.m. - Jog Blues: Blending jazz, blues and Indian classical music, offers a 21st century fusion honoring deep traditions while looking towards the future. $65 (members $50).

Saturday, August 17, 24, 31, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. - The Roots of Writing Workshop: With Lynn Blumenfeld and Bridget LeRoy. $225 ($200 members).

Saturday, August 17, 6 p.m. - Larsen Salon Series: Charles Renfro, Partner at Diller Scofidio + Renfro, known for global architectural innovations, and Jonah Bokaer, a choreographer merging dance with visual art and design internationally, will discuss their work followed by a reception. $35 (members $25).

Sunday, August 18, 5 to 6 p.m. - Young Concert Artists Performance Series: Violinist Oliver Neubauer and accordionist Hanzhi Wang perform classical music. $30 (members $20).

Thursday, August 29, 4 to 5 p.m. - Ross Rayburn in Conversation With Jason Amis: A talk between wellness specialist Rayburn, author of “Turning Inward: The Practice of Introversion for a Calm, Joyful, Authentic Life,” and Ross Rayburn, and Amis, LongHouse wellness expert, Jason Amis. A reception follows. $30 (members $20).

Thursday, August 22, 4 to 5:30 p.m. - Larsen Salon Series: Maryam Eisler Confined Artists – Free Spirits Conversations with Shirin Neshat, Mikalene Thomas, moderated by Max Blagg. $35 (members $25).

Thursday, August 22 to Sunday, September 1 – “Maryam Eisler Confined Artists – Free Spirits: Photographs from Lockdown” exhibition. Created during the pandemic, Eisler’s photos feature portraits of some of the world’s greatest artists, taken through video apps. $20 (members free).

Saturday, August 24, 9 a.m. - LongHouse Talks: A discussion about dancer Betti Franceschi’s latest work, “Ageless Dancers,” featuring former professional dancers Ze’eva Cohen, Molissa Fenley, Martine van Hamel and Mercedes Ellington, moderated by Diana Byer of New York Theatre Ballet. $35 (members $25).

Sunday, August 25, 5 to 6 p.m. - Young Concert Artists Performance Series: Violinists Lun Li and Oliver Neubaur in a showcase of their virtuosity and collaborative prowess in classical music. $30 (members $20).

Wednesday, August 28, 4 to 5:30 p.m. Larsen Salon Series: “Maryam Eisler Confined Artists — Free Spirits Conversations” with Eric Fischl, Harper Levine, Joel Mesler, Sheree Hovsepian, moderated by Maryam Eisler. $35 (members $25).
