On Saturday, November 15, at 5 p.m., Bridgehampton Chamber Music will present the second of three dynamic programs for its BCM Autumn concert series, which rounds out BCM’s year.
The concert will feature pianist Gilles Vonsattel, who returns by popular demand, continuing his exploration of Beethoven’s piano sonatas by pairing the composer’s first sonata with the late, audacious masterpiece “Hammerklavier.”
The series will conclude on Saturday, December 13, at 5 p.m. with flutist and BCM founder Marya Martin and four of BCM’s best — violinists Kristin Lee and Kevin Zhu, cellist Estelle Choi and harpsichordist Kenneth Weiss — performing a “Festive Baroque” program of music by Telemann, Vivaldi and others to celebrate the holiday season.
Both concerts will take place in the Bridgehampton Presbyterian Church, 2429 Montauk Highway in Bridgehampton. Tickets are $75, $50 and $10 (students) at bcmf.org.
