Bedside Reading is back and from Friday, May 27, to Monday, May 30, will be placing complimentary books on nightstands in hotels and inns around the South Fork. Beach book totes filled with books are delivered to hotel partners on select summer weekends, kicking off Memorial Day weekend. This weekend, books on offer include a collection of thrillers, memoirs, fiction, self-help and children’s books from the program’s participating authors. Each tote bag of books will also include a postcard with the Hamptons Wine Concierge offering.

Each participating hotel will provide a Bedside Reading bookmark with a special QR code providing access to a variety of eBooks and audiobooks via their on the download program. On the Download books change quarterly and are available 24/7 to every guest.

Books in Memorial Day weekend tote bags include: “The Death of Harry Crow” by Leith Macarthur (thriller/mystery), “Ballast Point Breakdown” by Corey Fayman (mystery), “EN” by Michelle Reynoso (YA urban fantasy), “The Baseball Widow” by Suzanne Kamata (fiction), “Thrive” by Valarie Budayr (self-help), “Half Blown Rose” by Leesa Cross-Smith (fiction), “The Secret Love Letters of Olivia Moretti” by Jennifer Probst (fiction), “Tidal Flats” Cynthia Newberry Martin (fiction), “On The Way To Casa Lotus” by Lorena Juno Margain (memoir), “Izzy’s Trash Mountain Mystery” by Debra Smally (children’s).

Bedside Reading’s eBooks, audiobooks and physical books are always complimentary and can be found at the following Hamptons hotels and inns — Mill House Inn, The Maidstone Hotel, Southampton Inn, 1708 House and Journey East Hampton.
