Comedian Chelsea Handler has added a second date to her stand-up tour at the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center due to popular demand. Handler’s new show is scheduled for Friday, August 22, following her originally announced performance on Thursday, August 21, which quickly sold out.

“I thought I’d round out this year with a few new shows considering our country needs a large dose of laughter and medicine right now,” Handler said.

Heather Draskin, marketing director for the WHBPAC, said the response to Handler’s initial date was overwhelming. “We had so much demand with her first sell-out on August 21 that we knew we had to add another date to the roster,” she said.

Chelsea Handler is a comedian, television host and seven-time New York Times best-selling author. She was the host of E!’s “Chelsea Lately” and later launched the Netflix series “Chelsea Does” and “Chelsea.” Handler’s books include the recent “I’ll Have What She’s Having,” published in February 2025. Her HBO Max comedy special “Evolution” earned her a Grammy nomination. She hosts the iHeart Radio advice podcast Dear Chelsea and won “The Comedy Act of 2021” at the People’s Choice Awards following her Vaccinated and Horny Tour. Handler currently performs her Las Vegas residency Chelsea at The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan.

General public ticket sales for the second show began Thursday, July 17. Tickets are $65 for general admission and $100 for VIP seating, which includes a meet-and-greet. The Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center is located at 76 Main Street, Westhampton Beach. For tickets and more information, visit whbpac.org or chelseahandler.com.
