Christmas classics are coming to The Suffolk this December with fun for the whole family. As always, food and drinks will be available to order throughout the night — making for one of the most unique movie-going experiences available on Long Island. Tickets are just $15, plus minimal applicable fees at thesuffolk.org. Suffolk Theater is at 118 East Main Street, Riverhead.

“Elf” – Wednesday, December 6, 7 p.m.

This 2003 fan-favorite Christmas comedy, directed by Jon Favreau and written by David Berenbaum, stars Will Ferrell as Buddy, a human raised by Santa’s elves, who learns about his origins and heads to New York City to meet his biological father. The film also features James Caan, Zooey Deschanel, Mary Steenburgen, Edward Asner and Bob Newhart.

“How The Grinch Stole Christmas: – Wednesday, December 13, 7 p.m.

“How the Grinch Stole Christmas” is the 2000 holiday classic directed by Ron Howard. Starring Jim Carrey as The Grinch with Taylor Momsen, Jeffrey Tambor, Christine Baranski, Bill Irwin and Molly Shannon. The movie follows the Grinch as he attempts to sabotage Whoville’s holiday plans.

“Home Alone” – Wednesday, December 20, 7 p.m.

This 1990 Christmas favorite, directed by Chris Columbus, stars Macaulay Culkin, Joe Pesci, Daniel Stern, John Heard, and Catherine O’Hara. Culkin plays Kevin McCallister, a boy who defends his suburban Chicago home from a home invasion after his family accidentally leaves him behind on their Christmas vacation to Paris.
