Jenny Ljungberg, owner of @ the Maidstone hotel and The Living Room @ the Maidstone restaurant, hosted a Swedish Summer Crayfish Dinner at the restaurant on August 18, replete with special decorations, funny hats, singing, and plates heaped high with crayfish and other complementary dishes prepared by Living Room Executive Chef James Carpenter with fresh ingredients from the sea and local farms.
