The East End Special Players will premiere their original production “All Ghosts on Deck” at Bay Street Theater on Saturday, October 25, at 4 p.m. The spirited Halloween-season comedy invites audiences of all ages aboard East End Cruise Lines for a ghostly whodunit filled with laughter, music and a heartwarming conclusion.

The performance will run approximately 70 minutes with no intermission.

Created entirely by the members of the East End Special Players, “All Ghosts on Deck” continues the troupe’s tradition of imaginative, inclusive storytelling. Under the direction of artistic director Jacqui Leader, the ensemble — composed of differently abled actors with learning disabilities, autism, Down syndrome and other cognitive or physical challenges — crafts original works that celebrate individuality and shared humanity.

Previous productions, including “Turtles on the Tarmac,” “Whimsy World” and “Trouble in Jamaica,” have been praised for their creativity, inclusiveness and joyful spirit.

For more than 30 years, the East End Special Players have been a vital part of the region’s cultural life. The group has been developing “All Ghosts on Deck” over the past two years, fine-tuning their comedic timing and unique vision into a professionally staged performance for all ages.

Following the October 25 show, audiences are invited to stay for a Paddles Up auction in support of the East End Special Players and their ongoing work.

Tickets are $30 and up, with special rates available for groups. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit baystreet.org. Bay Street Theater is on Long Wharf in Sag Harbor.
