LTV Studios and the East End Underground Live Concert Series will host ’80s Dance Party with The Cherry Bombs on Friday, June 28, at 8 p.m. The East End’s own all-girl 1980s music tribute band will love-bomb the greatest 1980s new wave, rock and pop hits.

The Cherry Bombs are Yuka Silvera on bass/backup vocals, Nika Nesgoda on cello, Mary Goebel on keyboards, Vanessa Lynah lead vocals, Andrea Chesley lead vocals, Christopher Walsh on guitar and Emma Silvera on percussion/ trumpet, and featuring the multi-sensory solo performer Mila Tina on drums.

Launched by Michael Clark, LTV’s executive director, East End Underground is a celebrated broadcast series honoring grassroots inspiration and diversity. Focused on working artists “bubbling up” from the rich musical undercurrent of the East End and inspired by the popularity of the broadcast, Clark has further expanded Underground’s reach by launching the East End Underground Live Concert Series — now providing live, immediate concert experiences exploring genres ranging from rock to blues to jazz— from classical to pop, bluegrass to synth. The series is an outlet for emerging composers, vocalists, soloists, ensembles, bands and singer-songwriters showcased alongside seasoned mid-career artists and veterans of the region, all sharing a stage in LTV’s Studio 3.

Tickets are $30 and VIP café seating is available for $65 at ltveh.org. LTV Studios is at 75 Industrial Road in Wainscott.
