Rock n’ Roll Hall of Famer Gregg Allman and his band return to the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center on Friday, December 31 at 8 p.m.

As founding member of the Allman Brothers Band, Gregg and his brother Duane, were at the forefront of the southern rock genre. His visit to the PAC comes just two weeks before the release of his first solo album in 14 years, “Low Country Blues,” which was produced by T Bone Burnett.

The album is comprised of 12 songs by some of the blues giants whose work has long influenced Mr. Allman—from Muddy Waters and B.B. King to Buddy Guy and Magic Sam. “Low Country Blues” features Dr. John on piano, guitarist Doyle Bramhall II, bassist Dennis Crouch and drummer Jay Bellerose.

Tickets for the concert are $95, $120 and $145. For reservations, call 288-1500, visit whbpac.org or stop by the box office on Main Street in Westhampton Beach.
