There are several East End names that immediately conjure imagery of sweeping landscapes. Think April Gornik, Tula Telfair and Cornelia Foss, for example.

They — alongside 18 of their contemporaries — will participate in “Land & Sea & Sky,” opening Saturday, August 4, with a reception from 6 to 8 p.m. at MM Fine Art, located at 4 North Main Street in Southampton.

Landscapes by artists better known for their figurative work — including Joan Semmel and Alyssa Monks — will also be on view, as well as pieces by Alan Bray, Dina Brodsky, Zaria Forman, Susan Grossman, John Hardy, Catherine Howe, Shiva Jlayer, Lisa Lebofsky, Mary Reilly, Susan Shatter, Keiji Shinohara, Daniel Sprick, Emma Tapley, Annie Wildey, Andrew Wyeth and Jamie Wyeth.

The show, curated by Rick Davidman and Catherine McCormick, will close on Wednesday, August 15. For more information, visit mmfineart.com.
