Following a series of sold-out performances earlier this year, The Hamptons Festival of Music (TH•FM) will return to Hoie Hall at East Hampton’s St. Luke’s Episcopal Church on Thursday, October 30, at 6 p.m. for a special fall concert and a preview of its upcoming fifth anniversary season.
Titled “A Season in Sound: A Look at the Year To Come,” the evening will feature performances by Concertmaster Brennan Sweet of The New American Sinfonietta and TH•FM Associate Conductor Logan Souther. The program will include selections by Mozart, Sibelius and Schumann — curated to reflect the light and color of the autumn season.
The performance also offers a first look at plans for TH•FM’s 2026 MainStage Series, which will once again feature The New American Sinfonietta under the artistic direction of conductor Michael Palmer. The upcoming season will also expand the festival’s educational and community programming, designed to bring classical music to audiences of all ages.
“‘A Season in Sound’ honors the success of our 2025 season and celebrates what’s to come as we prepare for our fifth year,” organizers said in a statement. “This concert is both a reflection and a launch — a chance to experience the music up close and imagine the future of TH•FM.”
Tickets are $75 and seating is limited. VIPs and longtime supporters are encouraged to reserve early. Proceeds support the festival’s ongoing mission to establish a lasting home for classical music in the Hamptons. Hoie Hall is located at 18 James Lane, East Hampton.
