Jam Session Releases First CD

The Jam Session, along with John Landes, George Howard and Claes Brondal, will host a release party for the CD, “Live on Thursday Nights,” on Thursday, December 20, starting at 6 p.m. at Bay Street Theatre in Sag Harbor.

The CD, which features recordings broadcast on WPPB 88.3 FM, includes Mr. Brondal on drums; saxophonists Morris Goldberg, Ada Rovatti, Jim Campagnola and John Ludlow; trumpeters Randy Brecker and Dick Behrke; pianists Gene Polito, Hector Martignon and Bill Smith; bassists Peter Martin Weiss and Essiet Okon Essiet; guitarist Bryan Campbell; and vibraphone player Max Feldschuh.

The tracks were recording by engineer George Howard of Plus Nine Productions at Bay Street Theatre and Bay Burger in Sag Harbor.
