The Roses Grove Band will be performing their favorite Grateful Dead songs in the Masonic Temple in Sag Harbor on Saturday, December 9, at 8 p.m. Dance the night away to the melodic tunes and pick up some great gear for the Dead Head in your life. Admission is $20.

On December 10 at 1 p.m., join Laura Jasper, a local actor and theater artist, in the Masonic Temple for a one woman reading of, “A Christmas Carol” by Charles Dickens. Take a journey to the London of 1843 and get to know Dickens’s perennial characters: Scrooge, Jacob Marley, and ghosts, who in Dickens words “may Haunt you pleasantly.” A wonderful tale of the essence of the holiday season, the show is suitable for all audiences. Admission is free, though a donation of a can of food for the food pantry is requested.

The Masonic Temple is above the Sag Harbor Whaling Museum, 200 Main Street. For more information, visit masonicmusicseries.com.
