A new year means new shows at The Suffolk, which is ringing in 2024 with a little something for everyone. Tickets and more information for all shows are available at thesuffolk.org. Suffolk Theater is at 118 East Main Street, Riverhead.

“Free Fallin: The Tom Petty Experience” – Thursday, January 11, 7 p.m.

 

The ultimate Tom Petty concert experience is here with Free Fallin. Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers are one of the biggest chart toppers in rock history, amassing dozens of hits and performing sold-out shows for four decades. Free Fallin features all of Petty’s greatest tunes you know and love along with authentic instruments and costumes that re-create the exact experience of a Tom Petty concert. You’ll be singing along all night!

Blockbuster Movie Series: “Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny” – Wednesday, January 17, 7 p.m.

 

The latest installment of the Indiana Jones action-adventure film series, “The Dial of Destiny” features Harrison Ford, John Rhys-Davies and Karen Allen reprising their roles as Indiana Jones, Sallah and Marion Ravenwood. Set in 1969, the film follows Indy and his estranged goddaughter, Helena, who are trying to locate a powerful artifact before Jürgen Voller, a Nazi-turned-NASA scientist, plans to use it to alter the outcome of World War II.

ZBTB Zac Brown Tribute Band – Friday, January 19, 8 p.m.

 

ZBTB is the premier tribute to the chart-topping Zac Brown Band. Not only do they capture the sound and creativity of the real thing, but they bring the same atmosphere of family to their shows while engaging the audience in a way that is all their own. From the Zac Brown Band’s 2008 breakout hit “Chicken Fried” to the recent sing-along anthem “Same Boat”, ZBTB plays all the hits any country fan knows and loves.

G.E. Smith & Duke Robillard: A Night of Rhythm and Blues – Friday, January 26, 8 p.m.

 

G.E. Smith is back and this time he’s with blues legend Duke Robillard for a must-see night of rhythm and blues. Robillard’s gritty, soulful guitar and Smith’s finesse make for a dynamic and captivating experience unlike any other. Former bandleader for Saturday Night Live, sideman to Bob Dylan, guitarist for Hall & Oates and Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters — G.E. Smith is a true savant of his craft. Paired with Grammy nominated Duke Robillard — founder of Roomful of Blues with Al Copley, replaced Jimmie Vaughan in The Fabulous Thunderbirds, toured with Bob Dylan, and recipient of Best Blues Guitarist W. C. Handy Award.

“Last Child: A Tribute to the Music of Aerosmith” – Saturday, January 27, 8 p.m.

 

Feel that Sweet Emotion as Last Child takes on one of music’s most explosive bands, Aerosmith. Playing to rave reviews, audiences are heralding them as the best on the scene when it comes to presenting epic renditions of megahits and fan favorites like “Walk This Way,” “Dream On,” “Don’t Wanna Miss a Thing,” and so many more. Last Child brings all the energy and excitement you would expect from the originals, tearing up the stage with show-stopping flair.
