LongHouse Reserve in East Hampton will host a Landscape Awards Luncheon on Saturday, September 21, honoring Amy Goldman, Charles and Kathleen Marder, Lynden Miller and Thomas Woltz.

Amy Goldman Fowler is a gardener, author, artist, philanthropist, and advocate for seed saving, plant breeding, and heirloom fruits and vegetables. Her new book, “The Melon,” will be released in September.

Kathleen and Charles Marder's namesake Bridgehampton nursery, founded nearly 45 years ago, includes landscape design and maintenance, a tree farm, plant healthcare, and all-organic practices.

Lynden Miller is a New York-based public garden designer. She rescued and restored The Conservatory Garden in Central Park, and has designed projects in Bryant Park, The New York Botanical Garden, and more.

Thomas Woltz, named Design Innovator of the Year by the Wall Street Journal in 2013, is a landscape architect with an understanding of complex biological systems and restoration ecology.
