Our Fabulous Variety Show (OFVS) hosts a one-night-only celebration of the history and future of tap dancing. On Thursday, May 22, at 7 p.m. OFVS presents “TAP: Revolution in Rhythm.” The show will share the history of tap as a Black American art form and reveal how these same roots are shared with step, jazz, hip hop and swing dance styles all while celebrating the joy of tap.
Tickets are $10 to $40 per person in advance at ofvs.org/tickets or 631-507-4603. Day of walk up tickets will be free, first come first served, and there is no guaranteed admission if the show sells out.
Guild Hall is at 158 Main Street in East Hampton.
