An East Hampton resident since 1975, Eileen Obser, author and teacher of creative writing, will come to Montauk Library on Saturday, June 10, at 2:30 p.m. to discuss her work and her lifelong dedication the art of writing as a teacher of fiction and nonfiction for nearly three decades.

She will read selections from her recently published novel, “Three Rooms, Shared Bath: A Landlady in the Hamptons” and her memoir, “Only You.” Following the program, copies of her books will be available for purchase, with a portion of the proceeds to benefit the Friends of the Montauk Library
