In support of her third cookbook, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice will visit Books & Books in Westhampton Beach on Saturday, June 23, at 2 p.m.

During a telephone interview last month, Ms. Giudice said that her newest cookbook, “Fabulicious: Fast & Fit,” is all about simple, authentic Italian cooking, with a healthy twist.

“This book is 70 new heart-healthy recipes from start to stove in 30 minutes,” she said. “A lot of the recipes are 10 ingredients or less.”

“There are also fitness tips,” she added.

Pleased with the success of the book, and ready to share her secrets, Ms. Giudice encouraged fans to pop by for her talk and book signing on Saturday.

“It’s a New York Times bestseller, I think that says a lot,” she said. It isn’t just a regular cookbook, she pointed out. “I put stories inside; I try to put my personality into them. And everybody who comes to the signing will get some one-on-one time.”

Teresa Giudice will sign copies of “Fabulicious: Fast & Fit” at Books & Books in Westhampton Beach on Saturday, June 23, at 2 p.m. The star of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” and New York Times best-selling author will talk about how you can enjoy your spaghetti and fit into those skinny jeans, too.
