Against the backdrop of picturesque Greek island of Kalokairi and set to the timeless music of ABBA, “Mamma Mia!” is a jukebox musical romantic comedy that follows young bride-to-be Sophie (Amanda Seyfried) as she dreams of discovering the identity of her father before her wedding. To her mother Donna’s (Meryl Streep) surprise, Sophie invites three of her mother’s past lovers to the island (Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth, and Stellan Skarsgård), believing one of them is her father. As the chaos of old flames rekindle and secrets unravel, love, laughter, and memorable music pave the way for unexpected revelations and heartwarming connections!
