About us

Taproot, Inc. is a fully licensed and insured estate care and turfgrass service company. We are a family owned business that has been serving the East End of Long Island for over 30 years. We work hard to provide quality service with a personal touch unrivaled by larger firms.

Ryan Lovett attended the NJC Turf Program in Colorado. He began his career installing irrigation sytems and lawns with his restricted plumber's and electrician's license always favoring the turf division and services of his company. He is now a certified Pesticide 3A Applicator through the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and is also Organically Certified by Suffolk County.

In 2017 we will be welcoming 2 newly licensed 3A Technicians. Robert Lovett and Joseph Veeck recently graduated from the SUNY Delhi Turfgrass program.

Having completed many large scale projects, such as Southampton Town Parks, School Districts and golf courses, he decided to focus on the residential projects he originally installed.
