AMAGANSETT — Tyler P. Shaw, 28, of Amagansett was arrested by East Hampton Town Police after a traffic stop on Montauk Highway on Friday night. Police said Shaw was driving a Chevrolet Malibu erratically and appeared intoxicated to the officer who made the traffic stop, then failed roadside sobriety tests. Ward, 59, of Sag Harbor on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, namely amphetamine, Friday night.
