Quogue Village Police arrested Maria Gutierrez-Monterrey, 43, of Westhampton Beach on Wednesday, July 30, at 11:52 a.m., and charged her with fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, both felonies, as well as fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and two counts of petit larceny, all misdemeanors.
