Quogue Village Police arrested Maria Gutierrez-Monterrey, 43, of Westhampton Beach on Wednesday, July 30, at 11:52 a.m., and charged her with fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, both felonies, as well as fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and two counts of petit larceny, all misdemeanors. WESTHAMPTON BEACH — Dmitri Shadrin, 54, of New York, was arrested by Westhampton Beach Village Police on July 26 at 11:06 p.m. and charged with misdemeanor DWI. Shadrin was pulled over at the intersection of Old Riverhead Road and Rogers Avenue. An investigation revealed he had a blood alcohol level over .08, police said.
