SOUTHAMPTON VILLAGE — Police arrested a Manhattan man on August 15 in connection with an August 6 burglary at a Rogers Avenue home. Police say that an investigation of the August 6 incident, which was caught on a Ring security camera, indicated that Tate Lobo Plamondon, 20, had entered the home while it was unoccupied. The homeowner at the time had said that nothing appeared to have been taken other than a baseball cap, but Plamondon was charged with burglary in the second degree, a felony. SAG HARBOR VILLAGE — Village Police arrested Quinn D. Hyatt, 29, who is from Rochester but currently living and working in Sag Harbor, on two charges of misdemeanor assault in the third degree on August 11. Police said Hyatt, during an altercation with a couple he works with at a Sag Harbor resort and shares living quarters with as well, punched them hard enough to cause lacerations, swelling and pain. MONTAUK — East Hampton Town Police arrested John Harris Kinnamon, 20, on a felony charge of possession of a forged instrument in the second degree, as well as on a misdemeanor charge of DWI early in the morning on August 13. Police said Kinnamon was behind the wheel of a 2017 Nissan van in the 7-Eleven parking lot in downtown Montauk, asleep, keys in the ignition and engine running. An officer approached the vehicle initially to make sure that Kinnamon was all right, according to police.
