The subject premises are bounded and described as follows: North: Shelter Island Sound; West: Ferry Road, Caputo/Ward, Levine, Gurfein, Moore, Barone, Schmidt, Meighan, Momoyama LLC, Victoria I Schiavoni Revocable Trust, Clark, South Ferry Inc; South: Deerfield Road, Leonardo, Hallock, Fee, Wald, Robert D Saar Revocable Trust, Christmas; East: Shelter Island Sound.
