RESOLVED, the Village Clerk is authorized to publish a Request for Proposals for Havens Beach Stormwater Watershed Delineation and Conveyance Analysis per the following:

NOTICE TO PROPOSERS

TAKE NOTICE, that sealed proposals will be received by the Village Clerk, Village Hall, 55 Main Street, Sag Harbor on or before June 4, 2025, by 3:30 pm.

"RFP Village of Sag Harbor for the Request for Proposals for Havens Beach Stormwater Watershed Delineation and Conveyance Analysis"

Specifications are available for beginning on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the Village Clerk's Office, 55 Main Street, Sag Harbor, Monday through Friday, (except Holidays) between 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.

PLEASE NOTE: Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "RFP Village of Sag Harbor for the Request for Proposals for Havens Beach Stormwater Watershed Delineation and Conveyance Analysis" with your company name. A list of those proposals that have submitted will be made available at the Village Clerk's Office, 55 Main Street, Sag Harbor, New York. Proposers must comply with all Federal, State, and local laws.

The Village Board of the Village of Sag Harbor reserves the right to waive any informalities in proposals received, and/or reject any Request for Proposals.
