PROPERTY MANAGER -- Southampton- East Hampton Area
Oversee on site vendors, weekly site inspections, Communicate with Homeowners and Board of Managers, attend Monthly Board meetings, obtain proposals for needed repairs and Maintenance. Must have great organizational and communication skills. Reliable Transportaion needed. Willing to train on our Software. Hiring immediately. Salary range $25.00-$35.00 per hour depending on experience.
