East End Arts & Humanities Council Inc. will present its 23rd annual Teeny Awards on Sunday, June 8, at 3 p.m. at Greenport High School. The Eleanor Whitmore Early Childhood Center will host its annual kick off to summer event “Kites for Kids” on Saturday, May 24, from 2 to 5 p.m. at Main Beach in East Hampton.
