Snow stopped falling on Monday afternoon but not before dumping more than a foot across Southampton Town, while dozens of East End residents—including those in East Quogue, Shinnecock Hills, Southampton Village and Montauk—were still without power as of Tuesday afternoon after strong winds took down power lines.
