Carol DePersia of East Hampton died on July 17 at her home. She was 54.
Born February 19, 1954, in New York City, she is the daughter of Jerome and Marilyn (née Goldberg) DePersia.
A graduate of Stony Brook University with a bachelor’s degree in music, she worked in real estate sales and was also a teacher at the Ross School.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Phillip Kouffman; two daughters, Joanna and Laura Quatrain; and a brother, Gary DePersia, all of East Hampton.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Yardley & Pino Funeral Home in East Hampton. Services are private.
