Dorothy Walbridge Rottach died on June 30 at her home in Montauk. She was 81.
Born on January 8, 1928, in Larchmont to William J. Russell and Alma (née Churchler) Russell, she was the owner and manager of Trail’s End Restaurant in Montauk.
She is survived by her husband, Ernest A. Rottach of Montauk; two sons, Robert Rottach and Eric Rottach, both of Montauk; a daughter, Cheryl Rottach of Oyster Bay; and three grandchildren, Peri, Alexia and Jessie.
A graveside service was held last week at St. John’s Cemetery in Queens.
