Nick Collins and Isabel Milligan lease the 12-acre farm, and house on the property, the town purchased off Cedar Street in 2022. The couple, who work at Balsam Farms and Amber Waves Farm in Amagansett, have plans to begin crop production in 2024 and have their sights set on a farmstand, wholesale production and a CSA for the fruits and vegetables they produce.
