East Hampton Town is considering partnering with an Amagansett couple to preserve two waterfront lots near Albert's Landing. The town would pay $6 million from the Community Preservation Fund and the neighboring homeowner, Salvatore Graziano, would kick in $3.3 million as well as donating a third landward lot to the town for preservation.
