An annual rite of spring in East Hampton Town, the Montauk Friends of Erin’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade, has fallen victim for the second year in a row to the coronavirus pandemic. The Friends of Erin announced this week on their website that the parade, which had been scheduled for March 28, as well as the grand marshal’s luncheon and fundraiser cocktail party, had to be shelved for another year.
