East Hampton Village Will Look At Cellular Antenna Regs

"Small cell" antennas like this one on Montauk Highway near Marine Boulevard, are starting to pop up atop utility poles in the region, as cellular companies try to meet service gaps they can't address with centralized antenna arrays on tall monopoles. East Hampton Village will hire a consultant to help it draft new code guidelines for steering the addition of such antennas within its boundaries.
