East Hampton Town Police arrested a 34-year old Springs man after they say he asked a 14-year-old girl to send him nude photos of herself. Police said that Cody Theuret, 34, who now lives in Los Angeles, surrendered to police earlier this month with an attorney present and was charged with one count of endangering the welfare of a minor, a misdemeanor.
