East Hampton Town Opens Beaches for Foot Traffic Only

As of noon on Friday, East Hampton Town beaches are open for foot traffic only, the town recently announced. Swimming and beach driving remain prohibited, per the Suffolk County Department of Health Services. Pets are permitted but must be leashed.
