The construction work in the Reutershan parking lot in East Hampton Village is installing a nitrogent-reducing septic system to service the building currently housing Khanh Sports, Warner Jacoby salon and other businesses, but will make it possible for small restaurants and retail food stores to occupy the building going forward.
