Margaret M. Liguori, a resident of East Hampton for 26 years, died on March 9 at Southampton Hospital. She was 85.
Born September 9, 1922 in The Bronx to Johanna (née Foley) and Joseph Marciano, she lived in Bronxville and worked as a secretary and accountant for J.H. Monteath Company in The Bronx for more than 20 years.
Ms. Liguori is survived by her children, Joanne Liguori of Greenport and William Liguori Jr. of New Jersey; a sister, Concetta Magnani of Staten Island; a sister-in-law, Josephine Trizzino of Manhasset; and a brother-in-law, Umberto Liguori of Ridge. She is also survived by three grandchildren, William, Richard and Andrea; three great-grandchildren, Billy, Ben and Taylor. Her husband, William J. Liguori, predeceased her in 2004.
The family received visitors on March 11 at Yardley and Pino Funeral Home in East Hampton. A funeral mass was held Wednesday, March 12 at Most Holy Trinity Church in East Hampton. Interment followed at Most Holy Trinity Cemetery.
