MONTAUK to AMAGANSETT to SPRINGS — Ameer-Humza Malik, 29, who has a Latham address on his driver’s license, turned himself in to East Hampton Town Police on July 9 and was placed under arrest on multiple criminal charges, while at the same time being issued 91 moving violation traffic tickets stemming from a May 25 incident.
