East Hampton Town held its Junior Lifeguard Competition at Indian Wells Beach in Amagansett this past weekend. Some of the events included the paddle board rescue, landline rescue, distance swim and torp rescue, all of which teach the aspiring lifeguards the intricacies of the job in a fun and friendly manner.
