EAST HAMPTON VILLAGE — Juan P. Llanos Rios, 30, of Noyac, was arrested by East Hampton Town Police and charged with DWI after a traffic stop on Newtown Lane in East Hampton Village early Sunday morning. The town officer who made the arrest said that he began following the westbound 2012 Cadillac Llanos Rios was driving when he observed it swerving across lane lines on Montauk Highway near Accabonac Road.
