First off, thank you and congratulations to ARF for celebrating 50 years [“Finding a Forever Home: ARF Celebrates 50 Years,” 27east.com, May 15]. Without it, our family wouldn’t have our awesome pups.
That being said, as the Town of East Hampton looks at zoning changes, let us not forget: We have three-story homes. Just check out some that are for sale currently online. Those were approved by our head of the Building Department. One of the same culprits who allowed building past property lines, too. See Bay View Avenue.
At Amagansett School, the scandal is just hitting the tip of the iceberg. What a developing story, if you follow resolutions, articles, the district and administrators’ own comments. They most likely will be adding a board member who already has a predetermination for superintendent by their own writings on Change.org from March. Continued cronyism on the horizon.
