Contractors for AT&T floated a red balloon over the St. Peter's Chapel in Springs, demonstrating the height of a cell tower the company is expected to soon ask the East Hampton Town Planning Board to approve. If the board denies it, then a shorter tower, concealed in a bell tower, will automatically be given approval under the requirements of a court settlement.
