Local Teams Start Off Their Spring Seasons

The East Hampton/Pierson/Bridgehampton boys tennis team is off to a perfect start this season, winning both of its matches with 7-0 scores. After defeating Westhampton Beach, with which it shared the League VII title last season, on March 19, the Bonackers defeated Shoreham/Wading River the very next day.East Hampton was scheduled to play Half Hollow Hills East in a non-league match on Friday, but it was rained out and postponed to Wednesday, March 27.
