The PEM project has been deemed a “success.” I still wish they would have done quarterly reports, as I requested at the meeting years ago. This is only to know how storms changed the course of the sand. Sand is “ever moving,” after all. Short-term success will need to be correlated with long-term gains. Future findings await. Science.
