The body of a man was found in a vehicle parked in a field across from East Hampton Airport on Tuesday morning, February 7, in what police described as an apparent suicide. East Hampton Town Police received a call from a passerby reporting the scene just after 9 a.m., according to Captain Chris Anderson. Police found the man alone in the front seat of the vehicle.
