Wainscott Would Cut Pre-K, Field Trips and More Amid Budget Deficit Cuts

School Board President David Eagan said the school will appeal to New York State legislature to give it a one-time exemption from the rules of the state tax cap, in hopes that the district's unique predicament will find support that would otherwise be unlikely.
