Ox Pasture Road is named for the ox pasture which, in Southampton’s early days, lay in two divisions, south and north. After the railroad arrived in 1870, summer colonists began building stately summer homes with expansive park-like grounds along Ox Pasture Road. Today, those that remain, together with more recent mansions, preserve its reputation as among Southampton’s best addresses. Ric Stott knows the neighborhood well and will highlight some of its most fascinating features. To RSVP, please go to Southamptonhistory.org/tours
