This 45 minute Circuit training class is a total-body, heart-pumping, get your mind right style class that is great
for ALL fitness levels. Every class will have a variety of strength training, aerobic conditioning, and mobility drills
to improve functional movement and self-confidence. Please bring your own mat and water. (Limit 8)
